6. ADMISSION BROCHURE (PROSPECTUS)
Available on University website & also available from designated branches of Punjab & Sind Bank (as per list att). Cost of the Admission brochure is Rs. 1000/- when obtained directly from the Punjab & Sind Bank. Admission brochure along with Application form can also be obtained through registered/Speed Post from Joint Registrar (Academic), Room No 108, Administrative Block, GGSIPU, Kashmiri Gate, Delhi-110403 by sending the following :-
(a) Demand draft of Rs.1100/- (Rs 1,000/- for Admission Brochure & Rs 100/- as postal charges) in favour of “Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University”, payable at Delhi.
(b) Self-addressed envelope of size not less than 24 x 30 cm.

9.HOSTEL FACILITY
Stay in the hostel is mandatory. Separate hostels are available for boys and girls.
10.PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION
(a) Students selected for counselling to bring Demand Draft for Rs 2,07,500/- (Rupees Two Lacs Seven Thousand and Five Hundred only) drawn in favour of “Registrar Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University”, payable at Delhi.
(b) The students should also bring two separate Demand Drafts of Rs 10,000/- and Rs. 6,000/- drawn in favour of “Army College of Medical Sciences, Delhi Cantt – 110010” and report on next day of counselling to Army College of Medical Sciences.
(c) Admission slip will be issued by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Kashmere Gate, Delhi at the time of counselling to selected students.
(d) Students to collect forms for Medical Examination from ACMS. Med Exam to be carried out under own arngs of students at their home stn/mil stn. (There is no medical criteria for selection of candidates)
(e) Student to finally report to Army College of Medical Sciences with medical documents on 01 Aug 2010 alongwith the following documents in original and two sets of photocopies :-

(i) X Std/Matriculation or Equivalent pass certificate

(ii) X std/ Matriculation or Equivalent Mark sheet.
|
|
(iii) Pre Medical/XII Std Examination (HSC) pass certificate.
|
|
(iv) Pre Medical/ XII Std Examination (HSC) Mark sheet.

(vi) BSc Mark sheet, of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years, if applicable.
